We deliver to Post Office. Army Post Office and Fleet Post Office boxes, however proof of delivery (signature) will be requested.
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number when we despatch your order. This will typically be sent via email.
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We ship to Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. Orders to other Countries may be considered, however we reserve the right to reject any order that we consider is potentially risky to our business. This will be considered on a case by case basis.
